Worst hotel/motel experience

Driving up to this motel, you see attractive prices, free internet, pool, continental breakfast. Sound's good for a night after being on the road all day right? WRONG!! First, they don't let you see the room beforehand, so you don't really know what you're getting. They also say no refund so that if your room is disgusting, well, too bad for you. So we check in because we're too tired to go see another place and when we get to our room, its relatively clean but there are tons of cigarette butts in the toilet and soda cans in the bathroom. Fine.. its ok, just flush the toilet and throw them away. Too tired to argue. Then, when we want to take a shower, there is only 1 handtowel. I call and ask for some real towels so we can take a shower, and the clerk, very annoyed at my request, says he'll bring me some. 20 minutes later, he brings me another handtowel. GRRR. Then, we want to check our email. We turn on the laptop and start responding to an important email, and when we want to send, it says: Free trial over, please add funds to continue. Wow, free internet alright! Out of curiosity, we take a stroll to the pool. Guess what, NO WATER! Frustrated we go to sleep looking forward to leaving after breakfast in the morning. So the continental breakfast was watered down coffee and 1 donut! ONLY 1. What's continental about that? We were extremely disappointed in this place, needless to say, and will avoid all Ambassador Inn's in the future.
